Mark Krivoruchka 
Founder – CEO

Mark brings over 20 years of executive leadership experience and over 35 years of experience in both operations and human resources. Mark enjoys working with leaders and helping them drive their business to higher levels of performance.

Mark is currently an operating partner with Harkness Capital, a private equity firm focusing on service businesses that are regionally focused to grow to higher levels. He currently serves as a Board Advisor or Board Member for three companies in the private sector(Equipment Rental, Foodservice, and Specialty).

Mark has held a wide variety of key executive roles in large scale and iconic branded organizations such as GE, Pillsbury, Maytag, Cooper Tire and Hoover Floorcare. Mark has worked closely with the equipment and modular rental markets in executive roles at United Rentals and Mobile Mini. He also held leadership positions in merger transitions such as; Maytag and Whirlpool; Hoover and Whirlpool; RSC and United Rentals, and Mobile Mini and WillScot.

Katie Casper 
President

Katie joined MK Strategic Resources in May 2023, as President and Partner. Katie brings with her 20 years of experience in Human Resources and a B.A. in Human Resource Management. She has a proven track record in HR and a demonstrated ability to drive exceptional results.

Katie has had success in many industries and in organizations of varying sizes. A few of those industries include; transportation and logistics, retail, engineering, fire protection and first aid. She has also played an instrumental role in the acquisitions of Sun Devil Fire & Security and Cintas and Mobile Mini and WillScot.

Katie specializes in leadership coaching and development, HR operations, strategy and planning, HR compliance and employment laws, performance and talent management, training and org. development, and talent acquisition and retention.

Katie is a trained facilitator and ambassador for the Predictive Index, which helps provides clarity around a persons behaviors, drives, needs and their learning agility. She provides one on one coaching on the assessment and team training sessions.

Katie is passionate about helping women and those in need. She is currently in a supporting board role for Chrysalis, a center to support domestic violence survivors. Prior to that, she held the role of President and Secretary for five years for the Minions of Kindness Fund, a 501(c)(3) that supports employees and their family members in dire need.

Tara Krivoruchka 
Vice President

Tara joined MK Strategic Resources in July 2017, as a Vice President. Tara brings a diverse background by having extended experience in Sales & Marketing, Business Development and Human Resources.

Tara specializes in client driven projects, involving vendor management, payroll, benefit management and digital needs.
