Mark Krivoruchka 
Founder – CEO

Mark brings over 20 years of executive leadership experience and over 35 years of experience in both operations and human resources. Mark enjoys working with leaders and helping them drive their business to higher levels of performance.

Mark is currently an operating partner with Harkness Capital, a private equity firm focusing on service businesses that are regionally focused to grow to higher levels. He currently serves as a Board Advisor or Board Member for three companies in the private sector(Equipment Rental, Foodservice, and Specialty).

Mark has held a wide variety of key executive roles in large scale and iconic branded organizations such as GE, Pillsbury, Maytag, Cooper Tire and Hoover Floorcare. Mark has worked closely with the equipment and modular rental markets in executive roles at United Rentals and Mobile Mini. He also held leadership positions in merger transitions such as; Maytag and Whirlpool; Hoover and Whirlpool; RSC and United Rentals, and Mobile Mini and WillScot.

Tara Krivoruchka 
Vice President

Tara joined MK Strategic Resources in July 2017, as a Vice President. Tara brings a diverse background by having extended experience in Sales & Marketing, Business Development and Human Resources.

Tara specializes in client driven projects, involving vendor management, payroll, benefit management and digital needs.
